CAREERS: SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, OR BRISBANE

Senior Partnerships Manager

Sydney, Melbourne, or BrisbaneFull-timeApplications close Friday 4 September 2026

noisy is an independent culture agency connecting brands to the moments that matter. We work at the intersection of live music, entertainment and lifestyle to make brands genuinely cool through activations, events, and campaigns that actually cut through.

We represent and operate some of Australia's most exciting cultural platforms: Lines (Bondi Lines, Melbourne Lines, Brisbane Lines), a real-time nightlife guide; Mixmag ANZ, the Australian and New Zealand arm of the world's biggest dance music brand; WhatsLively, a music discovery platform powered by streaming data; Secondz, a restaurant discovery platform curated by hospo insiders; The Sydney Run Club, Australia's most viral run club; Maple Social Club, a free-entry community events series. Plus a slate of Australia's top music festivals and events.

Alongside the network, our ideas lab builds activations and events that actually get talked about: a pop-up gig in a pizza shop, guerrilla marketing at festivals, or building a Japanese convenience store from scratch and having a DJ headline it, all in the name of content.

We don't put brands around culture. We make them part of it.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Partnerships, this is a sales role with full autonomy. You'll be out in market meeting media agencies, generating briefs, and responding to them creatively.

This role suits someone who's energised by a room, remembers names, and keeps in touch because they want to, not because a CRM told them to. You're coming from an organisation with an established client base at media agencies, whether the big holding groups or the indies. You know who to call, and they pick up.

What you'll be doing

Business Development

  • Use your existing media agency relationships to generate briefs and get noisy on plans
  • Build and manage a pipeline of agency prospects, from holding groups to independents
  • Respond to briefs creatively, packaging our media network and ideas lab into proposals that win
  • Lead pitches and presentations, from first meeting through to signed partnership
  • Represent noisy at industry events, activations, and cultural moments

Account and Partner Management

  • Nurture and grow agency relationships to drive repeat and expanded business
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure campaigns are delivered to brief
  • Stay close to client objectives and proactively spot new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular reporting on activity and revenue

What we're looking for

  • An established client base at media agencies, whether the big ones or the indies. This is non-negotiable. Applications without these relationships will not be considered
  • Proven experience in a partnerships, sales, or business development role within media
  • A natural people person: warm, sociable, and easy to be around
  • Creative in how you respond to briefs, comfortable selling ideas as well as inventory
  • Commercially sharp with experience putting together proposals, packages, and pricing
  • Confident presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders at agency level
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a lean, fast-moving team
  • A genuine interest in music, culture, nightlife, or live events. You need to get the world we operate in
  • Based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. Only applicants based in Australia will be considered
  • Proficient with Claude. You know how to use AI tools to work smarter, not just faster

What you can expect from us

  • Full autonomy over how you run your patch
  • OTE of $180k+ with an industry leading, uncapped commission structure
  • A genuinely exciting portfolio of platforms and properties to sell across
  • Work that sits at the centre of Australian music and nightlife culture
  • A small, ambitious team that moves fast and backs good ideas
  • Genuine variety, no two weeks look the same
  • Flexibility in how and where you work

Why noisy

We're independent, culturally embedded, and growing across Australia and into the UK. If you know the agencies and know how to sell an idea, this is the role for you.

If that sounds like your kind of work, we'd love to hear from you.

How to apply

Send us your CV and a short note on the agency relationships you'd be bringing with you, and the partnerships you've sold and grown.
